  1.  
  2.       To upgrade from last version:
  3.       ─────────────────────────────
  4.       Install all the files in the same directory as the old version.
  5.       You will be asked if you want to overwrite each file. If you have
  6.       made any changes to some .KBD or other files, you should answer
  7.       'N' to skip. If you have any problems remembering which files you
  8.       have changed, print out the CONTENTS.DOC which contains information
  9.       on each file in the old archive.

  11.       To unpack AND install Terminate from harddisk:
  12.       ──────────────────────────────────────────────
  13.       Unpack the two archives A and B in the same directory.
  14.  
  15.         Example:
  16.         C:
  17.         MD \TERMINAT
  18.         CD \TERMINAT
  19.         ARJ: ARJ e C:\NEWSTUFF\!!TER*
  20.         ZIP: PKUNZIP C:\NEWSTUFF\!!TER*
  21.         LZH: LHA e C:\NEWSTUFF\!!TER*
  22.         INSTALL

  24.       To create installation disks: Label the disk : -TERMINATE- and......

  26.       1.2k or 1.44k Installation disk:
  27.       ────────────────────────────────
  28.       To create an installation disk just copy TER??A._XE, TER??B._XE,
  29.       INSTALL.EXE, TERMINAT.DAT and README.1ST onto the disk and then run the
  30.       DOS LABEL program. Just delete FILE_ID.DI?.

  32.       720k Installation disks:
  33.       ────────────────────────
  34.       You need 2 720k disks.
  35.       Unpack !!TER??A.ARJ on disk 1. Unpack !!TER??B.ARJ on disk 2.
  36.       Now you are ready to go. To unpack: Insert disk 1 and type INSTALL.

  38.       360k Installation disks:
  39.       ────────────────────────
  40.       You will need 3 360k disks, you will also need a program for
  41.       slicing the file in smaller parts: eg: SLICE.ARJ from DAN BBS. 
  42.       You will need to put a batchfile on the first disk that will 
  43.       'SPLICE' the files again and unpack them afterwards.
  44.       ARJ can also do this with the multiple-volume archive feature.

  48.          You cannot repack the TER???._XE file to another format.
  49.  Repacking this archive will violate the copyright and abort the installation
  50.  
  51.  You can, however, repack TER???._XE + INSTALL.EXE + FILE_ID.DIZ + README.1ST +
  52.  TERMINAT.DAT to any format you like if your BBS prefers another archiver.
  53.  It would be helpful if you kept the same naming convention, though; eg:
  54.  !!TER??A.ARJ or !!TER??A.ZIP or !!TER??A.PAK or !!TER??A.ZOO, etc...
  55.  It is allowed to place you own archive comment, but it is prefered that the
  56.  archives are kept original all the way, but some systems might do this without
  57.  asking the sysop.

  59.    NO COMMERCIALS FOR ANY SYSTEMS OR FIRMS ARE TO BE PLACED WITHIN THIS 
  60.    !!TER???.* ARCHIVE - so please delete any foreign files that have been
  61.    added in contravention of the above before uploading to other systems...
